Voodoo, Hoodoo and African Traditional Healing
Three traditions with African roots, often confused in Louisiana. What each one is, and where my work comes from.
Read the guide →Deployments, long shifts and family pressure pull many North Louisiana couples apart. When the love is still there, I reconnect you spiritually — privately, wherever you are.
Clients from Shreveport and Bossier City often write to me late at night. “Nahabu, we were together for years and now he will not even answer.” “She went home to her family and something changed.” North Louisiana is a place of close families, strong churches and hard-working people, and when a relationship breaks here, it often breaks quietly. I am Psychic Nahabu, a traditional healer with spiritual gifts. I help clients across the Ark-La-Tex reunite with the person they love, by reading the bond and doing the spiritual work to open the way back.

Many families in Bossier City and Shreveport live with military life around Barksdale. Deployments, training and moves put months and miles between partners. Others work long shifts at the hospitals, plants or on the road. Distance itself does not kill love, but silence, loneliness and outside voices can. In the readings I do for North Louisiana clients, I often see a bond that is still strong underneath, buried under months of distance and misunderstanding.

Spiritual work does not need the two of you in the same place. I work with the link between your spirits, not with your location. Many clients see the first signs as a message, a call or a dream of each other. Read signs your ex still loves you and whether to contact your ex after the work.
Many of my North Louisiana clients are people of faith, and some worry whether traditional healing goes against it. My work is for healing and reconnecting love; I never harm anyone, and many of my clients keep their faith fully while they work with me. If you are curious how my path differs from what people in Louisiana call voodoo or hoodoo, read voodoo, hoodoo and African traditional healing.
Shreveport is on Central Time, 7 or 8 hours behind my main office in Johannesburg. Mornings and early afternoons are best for live conversation, but you can message me at any hour and I reply as soon as I can.
I work with clients in Downtown Shreveport, Highland, South Highlands, Broadmoor, Cedar Grove, Shreve Island, Southern Hills, Bossier City, Haughton, Benton, Minden, Monroe and Ruston. For the rest of the state see my Louisiana page, or the guides for New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
I do not guarantee results, because I am not the Almighty. If the relationship involved violence or control, I will not bring that person back; your safety comes first. Most clients see signs within 3 days to 2 weeks — see how long spiritual work takes.
No. My main office is in Bryanston, Johannesburg, with an office in Kampala, Uganda. Shreveport and Bossier City clients work with me privately on WhatsApp.
Yes. The work is spiritual and does not depend on where your partner is.
No. Everything is confidential.
Honest note: I am a traditional healer, not the Almighty, so I never guarantee results. My work is spiritual work for adults (18+) and does not replace a doctor, lawyer or other professional. Please read the disclaimer.
