Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Costs are agreed first

Before any paid work begins, I explain what the work involves and what it costs. Work only starts after you have agreed, in writing on WhatsApp or by email. You are never charged for work you did not agree to.

2. Cancelling before the work begins

If you change your mind after paying but before the spiritual work has started, tell me as soon as possible on WhatsApp or at info [at] real-psychicreader.com. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that work, minus any transfer fees charged by your payment provider.

3. After the work has started

Spiritual work involves my time, preparation, natural herbs and materials that cannot be reused. Once the work has started, the part already carried out cannot be refunded. If the work was planned in stages, you may cancel the stages that have not yet begun, and those stages will be refunded.

4. Readings and consultations

A reading is complete once I have shared what I see, so readings that have been delivered are not refundable. If a booked reading has not yet taken place, you can cancel it for a full refund.

5. No guarantee of results

As explained in the disclaimer, spiritual work depends on many things, including the free will of other people, and no result is guaranteed. A refund is therefore not based on whether a particular outcome happened, but on the stage of the work as described above.

6. If something went wrong

If you believe a mistake was made — for example, you were charged twice or work was not carried out as agreed — contact me and I will look into it fairly and quickly. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back using the same method you used to pay, where possible, normally within 14 days of agreement.
