2. Preparation: I prepare the herbs and explain the ceremony and its cost before we begin.
3. The cleansing: I perform the cleansing at my shrine. If you take part with herbs at home, I give you clear, simple instructions.
4. Protection: after the cleansing I strengthen your spirit so the bad luck does not return easily.
