2. Personal information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, country, the topic you choose and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the information you choose to share with us during a consultation, which may include names, dates of birth and details about your relationship.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, for security and to keep the website working.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser so the cookie banner does not appear on every page.
3. Why we use your personal information
- to reply to your messages and provide the consultation you ask for;
- to keep a record of the guidance and services agreed with you;
- to protect the website and the contact form against spam and misuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.
4. Confidentiality
Everything you share in a consultation is treated as confidential. Your story, names and photos are never published or shared with your partner, your family or anyone else, unless the law requires it or someone’s life is in danger.
5. Who we share information with
We only share personal information with service providers we need to run the website and communicate with you, such as our web hosting and email provider and WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta). These providers have their own privacy policies. 6. How long we keep information
We keep messages and consultation records only as long as needed to provide our services and follow up with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also object to the use of your information. To make a request, contact info [at] real-psychicreader.com. In South Africa you also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website and spam protection on our contact form. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send bank card details through the contact form.
