Client question

When Is the Best Time for a Love Ritual?

Clients often ask whether the full moon or the new moon is best for love. The moon matters — but the right time is read for your case, not taken from a calendar.

“Nahabu, should we wait for the full moon?” This question comes from clients in Louisiana, across the USA and in Australia, especially those who have read about moon phases online. Timing is real in spiritual work. Just as a farmer knows when to plant, a traditional healer reads when the energy is right for the work. But the best time is not the same for everyone. It depends on what you need: to call love back, to grow a new attraction, to strengthen a marriage or to cleanse bad luck first.

The moon phases and love

Across many spiritual traditions, each phase of the moon carries its own energy. In my readings, the moon is one of the signs I look at:

  • New moon: a time of beginnings — good for a fresh start in love or opening the way to someone new.
  • Waxing moon (growing): a time of growth — good for building attraction and calling back a lover whose feelings are returning.
  • Full moon: a time of strength — good for blessing and strengthening a bond, a marriage or a commitment.
  • Waning moon (shrinking): a time of release — good for cleansing bad luck, cutting old ties and removing negative energy.

Why I read your timing first

Many people online say “always do love work on a full moon”. That is too simple. If your love is blocked by a curse or bad energy, cleansing must come first, and that belongs to the waning moon. If your ex is already softening, growth work during the waxing moon may be right. When I read your names, date of birth, photo and palm picture, I see what stands in the way and choose the right time for each step. See how my consultation works.

The order of the work matters too

  1. Cleansing — removing bad luck, haters’ energy or curses. See spiritual cleansing for love.
  2. Opening the way — clearing the road between two hearts.
  3. Linking — reconnecting the spirits of the two people.
  4. Strengthening — blessing the bond so it lasts. See marriage and commitment blessings.

A love ritual done at a beautiful full moon will struggle if the cleansing was never done.

Should you wait weeks for the right moon?

Usually not. Every phase has work it is good for, so something can begin almost any time. If a separation is fresh, starting early matters, because pride and new people can harden hearts over time. I will tell you what can begin now and what is best left for a later phase.

Your part in the timing

  • Send your details complete and clear, so the reading is accurate.
  • Follow the advice you are given about contact and silence.
  • Keep calm; fear and anxiety work against the energy.
  • Tell me the signs you notice, so I can follow the work.

When will you see results?

Good timing helps the work move, but it does not change everything overnight. Most clients see signs within 3 days to 2 weeks; some cases take longer. Read how long spiritual work takes and what traditional love rituals involve.

My honest word

The moon is a helper, not a magic switch. The healer’s gift, the right order of work and the bond between two people matter more than any date. I am a healer, not the Almighty, so I never promise 100%, but I always tell you honestly what I see.

Questions about ritual timing

Is the full moon the best time for a love ritual?

The full moon is strong for blessing and strengthening a bond. For cleansing or a new beginning, other phases are better. A reading shows what your case needs.

Does the moon matter if I live in Australia?

Yes. The moon phase is the same everywhere on earth on the same night, so clients in Australia and the USA work with the same cycle.

Can the work start today?

Usually yes. Some step of the work suits every phase, and I tell you what can begin now.

Honest note: I am a traditional healer, not the Almighty, so I never guarantee results. My work is spiritual work for adults (18+) and does not replace a doctor, lawyer or other professional. Please read the disclaimer.
